Fit eCity is about facilitating random acts of play throughout Adelaide City Council including parklands, laneways &…anywhere, really. Exercise Benefits offer the standard services of a fitness centre at very reasonable prices and are also places where health sciences students can gain valuable practical experience in movement-based programs and where researchers use the facilities for physical activity measurement.

The importance of physical activity in health and well-being is well known and for the most part well understood. But sometimes it’s hard to find time to get active. In my experience lack of time is the number one barrier that prevents people from participating in physical activity on a regular basis.
